What do you think about the spiked gauntlet in Up in Arms? Can this be used together with a shield/bucler/sword. That is can I choose to use either the sword/shield/spiked gauntlet?
Wearing a spiked gauntlet on your main hand should not be an issue. If you wanted to use it, let say in in fighting, you could just sheet your sword, which is a free action.
