Winds of Chaos

For my first post, a little something i've cooked up since i found the selection of weaponry in 4th a tad lacking. weapons, armors, and qualities for adding some spice to your campaigns, all wrapped up with what i hope is some entertaining fluff! lemme know if you got anything to say about it. or if the link doesn't work, for that matter. the .pdf should have tabs for the different sections and the appendix in any suitable .pdf reader.

Only remark, it could be shortened a bit changing the formatting.
