Free attack question

Does the defender get to make a "parry" throw, if an attacker gets a free attack against him? IE if the defender had a "stunned" comndition. Or if the defender has been knocked prone.
Yes, he may oppose any Free attack as normal. Unless the defender is fleeing, in which case it is unopposed.
Yes, with -10 penalty, while the attacker gets additional +1 Advantage before rolling the test.
Yes, with -10 penalty, while the attacker gets +20.
