Hello again!

It hasn't come up in play yet but when reading the description of certain supporting/protective spells like Arrow shield, Dome or Earthblood I ask myself: does the spell effect move with the caster? I'd say yes because the range is “you“ and the target is AoE but what do you think?

Probably yes, if they have a duration beyond Instant. If they're a one-time effect, they're cast and done.
