4th Edition Fumble Tables

I've always been a fan of fumble tables, ever since the booklet was released for 1st edition.
I adapted the list for 2nd edition and now I've attempted to update them to 4th.
You fumble if you roll a double over your Weaponskill, and it 4th edition you then make an extra roll on the "Oops Table" to determine the result.
I went back to the original idea that the double determines how bad you fumbled. Low being worse than high (as high Weaponskill indicates less chance of things going dramatically wrong).
The original Fumble Tables had a lot of results stating "your next such and such will have this kind of penalty", requiring some bookkeeping from round to round. I tried to go for instant results in most cases, going from serious injury, to light injury, then weapon damage, and finally annoying effects.
Feedback and comments welcome
