I like it a lot, saving that for future use. Many thanks.

That's a really excellent visualisation of the castle maps. You've prompted me to try something similar and fix the English maps.

I did a quick web search but i can't find the blog of the person who was making the miniature, and i'd link you to the discussions but alas the forums they were on have gone, and in any case i don't think anyone actually got around to redrawing the map.
The Castle Wittgenstein model was discussed on this blog, but the project does not appear to have gone anywhere:

Hey Willmark here, that’s my dusty off again on again blog.

Correctly noted it never got much past the planning stages although I did work on the guardhouse section. I’ve repurposed it for my own take on the Warhammer Mighty Fortress, it now is the gatehouse which nears conmpletion.

The reason I didn’t make CVW is several, scale is an issue, you either need to make it look like the illustration or the map and neither meshes really well.

Secondly was use. After I made my Nippon castle for my 3rd edition Warhammer Nippon army I wondered just how much I would use another very specific castle for WFRP.

Next I got sidetracked with life but did manage a Dark Ages castle, also on the blog.

Pics will be up there shortly to see what I did with the repurposed Guardhouse/Tower.
