I roughly imagine that the Khazalid "Zaiyon" might be wrote in Klinkarhun by the trigram ᛊᛉᛋ, ZYN, /zajon/, (or made more explicit by the tetragram ᛊᛉᚻᛋ, ZYON).

With the following declension, if Khazalid grammar might be considered as possibly close enough to Khuzdul's:
nominative singular: ᛊᛉᛋ, ZYN, Zaiyon, /zajon/, "Zaiyon" as a subject;
oblique singular: ᛊᛉᛋᚴ, ZYNW, Zaiyonu, /zajonu/, "Zaiyon" as an object or "of Zaiyon, Zaiyon's";
relative singular: ᛊᛉᛋᛞ, ZYNL, Zaiyonul, /zajonul/, "Zaiyonian, Zaiyoner".

For the transliteration:
ᛊ, z or zh;
ᛉ, a, i or, I would argue, the semivowel y (representing the sound /j/);
ᚻ, o;
ᛋ, n;
ᚴ, w or u;
ᛞ, l or ul.

There could be a Dwarf bard known for his spiritual use of Wierdroot, and the famous mining song "Aiyron, Laiyon, Zaiyon".
