Hello ;)

So the Blunderbuss is a Blast(3) weapon with a medium 20 yards range.

- So it can fire up x3 range? Seems a bit much?
- The Blast quality is just strange - feels more like a mortar than a cone shooting weapon?
- So what happens to all the opponents between the blunderbuss muzzle and the point of impact?

Have I overlooked something?

i'll try to summarize effectively:

-blast x three means everyone in three yards of the target struck takes the damage of the attack. it's not clear if it's three yards in radius or diameter but both are pretty large.
-there is no damage done to targets in the path of the shot but not inside the blast radius
-the weapon functions more in tune with a grenade attack than a blunderbuss as you're used to it. blast is a quality intended for explosives, they used it for this to streamline their system a bit.

Yes, but keep in mind a Blunderbuss isn't a flamethrower either. If something is in the path of the shot, you can't normally shoot in the intended target anyway. Like with shooting a pistol or a bow, if something blocks line of sight (or bullet or arrow...), you cannot target something behind it. And also the other way around; thus if you target the "blocker" in front of the intended target, the shot won't travel miraculously further, but would struck the "blocker" and all nearby (maybe even the oriiginally intended target, if within 3 yards).
