Awesome idea!
I believe that I shall pester my GM when I can RP again about this. Certainly something which I think would make things very interesting as well as give a reason to try out new careers.

Re: GW Kislev and Cathay for Forgeworld / Total War
Well, let's hope that Cathay's inclusion into Total War and Warhammer in more details will go well. Here's hoping for the best.

Re: GW Kislev and Cathay for Forgeworld / Total War
Very interesting in the TW and TT games. I am personally mostly interested in Kislev and Khorne (used to have a Khornate Warriors of Chaos army alongside my Dawi army in the TT game) but Cathay, Chaos and so on also looks interesting. Time will tell but from previous experience this should come very...

I don't know if that's the same thing that Wolf had in mind. I have only skimmed the intro as far as content (but I plan to do so sometime this week).

He isn't above paying people to steal/kidnapp gods/images that he thinks he can get a good price for either. I’ve always thought the Dragon Warriors adventure, A Box of Old Bones, could, with a little work, be successfully converted to a good WFRP adventure. I'm afraid I haven't heard of this adven...

Re: Sillyhammer
I like this thread so here's another post. Its idea I had for Bretonnia. Not sure I ran with it or not, but I recall it anyway. The idea is that of a god-merchant. Namely a merchant who trades in gods. So if your harvest is crap, he can get you a better Rhya (or more to it, a cult image, but peasant...

Re: What is the right of eagrel?
Interesting little tidbit, especially the tie-in with Tékumel's "aridani" concept. I suppose it depends on how enlightened you want you Empire to be but its certainly an interesting, and I would say good, way that a woman can legally step into the male sphere of Imperial society.

This sounds about right that the author made up these places. Using non-canon places would give the author a greater freedom in what is there and not and what can happen.

Good stuff!
Looking forward to some Ulrican adventuring. I recall having some good fun with the two heroes Baldrick and Haugh, worshippers of Ulric per excellence!

1) Priests of any religion can cast Petty Magic (Divine) Blessing of Healing. 2) Wizards of the Light College can cast Healing of Hysh 3) Shallayan Priests specifically can cast Cure Wounds 4) Priests of Sigmar can cast Healing Hand. Making healing too common would obviate the need for Barber Surge...

I'd favor an heirloom of some sort.
For something magical its pretty up straight.
For a twist it could be heavily symbolized with religious iconography which the Purple Hand can use to create more tensions in the Empire. Or even a gift from the Dwarfs which could come into play later on.

Re: Is Imperial polytheism realistic?
Interesting take on atheism in a polytheistic society but I personally feel that you're going to heavily into a monothesistic view when describing the opposition to atheism. References to a "Godly Order" makes little sense with no clear big cheese in the pantheon. I think that a fear the a...

Grail pilgrims as a kind of fotball fan clubs for their chosen grail knights, complete with hooligan behavior and rivalries with other bands of grail pilgrims And once our group, I wasn't the GM, went to Würtbad in Stirland to spend an evening watching "Stirland Pro Wrestling" games. Prett...
