Re: New WFRP review blog

Very nice! My favorite is the entry on “what makes a good WFRP adventure.”

Re: To Love and Die in Marienburg

I guess since it's an unofficial supplement and of historical importance (written by the author of "Marienburg: Sold Down the River"), I'll post it. But if Anthony Ragan or anyone affiliated with GW requests removal, it will have to come down.

Re: To Love and Die in Marienburg

I think it was a 1E adventure that Ragan ran in one of the conventions maybe? I may have a dusty pdf of it around here somewhere.

Re: C7d20 - Cubicle 7 d20 Fantasy RPG

I'm interested to see where they go with this. I've never been a fan of D&D or d20, but I have friends who are. Maybe it's time to mix it up a bit.

C7d20 - Cubicle 7 d20 Fantasy RPG

https://cubicle7games.com/blog/c7d20-our-design-goals

So Cubicle 7 is creating a d20 fantasy RPG that essentially forks DnD 5e.Thoughts?

Re: Lustria is out!

You wrote the Quetza chapter?! Holy fuck I love it. You wrote some of my favourite stuff in the book! Please tell C7 to do a whole bunch of Lustria adventures equivalent to the Ubersreik Adventures next, that would be perfect. Wow thank you! It’s rough working really hard on something and then wait...

I need to sit down and read it myself. It just seems like one of those milestones I never thought would happen.

Lustria is out!

Hey Lustria just came out today and I was wondering what everyone thought about it. I know it's been teased since what, the Hogshead days? I was responsible for the chapter on Quetza and I know some other contributors who lurk around this place were also involved.

Re: Need input for nemesis' last words

With its dying breath, have it utter some demonic gibberish like "nar pelith ulna kalnithar"

Then have horns grow out of the players' backs.

Re: Input for Nugle opponents

Make up a disease that doesn't kill them but debilitates them in some way. Maybe it decreases some important stats until a cure can be found ... in a city, village, or forest where you'd like to direct the players to go next.

Re: You can lose the opposed test and still deal a Critical hit

Yeah I think this was advertised as a feature, that the vagaries of combat could cause criticals while still losing the opposed roll. IMO, the criticals should be split between "minor crits" caused like this, where a combatants Wounds are above 0, and "major crits" that are a res...

Re: Castle Drachenfels

Great review!

I've always wanted to try Castle Drachenfels, but WFRP 1e characters were pretty time consuming to roll up. Now that there are automatic generators all around the web, it might be time to dust off the module and run through it with a stack of pregens.

Re: The Enemy Within -- any sources for cards?

Sent in pdf form. The backs are all the same, on the second page.

There is a metric shit-ton of other cards. Some of them would be easy to scan but others, yeesh. Here's the text from the back of the box explaining the contents:

Re: The Enemy Within -- any sources for cards?

Are you still looking for this? I have 2 copies of Enemy Within for 3rd Edition buried somewhere in my shed or basement. One of them had the cards cut out already and it's kind of a mess but I think the cards are intact on the second one.
