Re: Boat Sheet

Not to my knowledge but it's a good idea.

I might look at putting one together and seeing how I get on. I'm probably due contributing something useful to the community.

What do you think we're looking at in terms of content?

Re: NPCs with Luck Talent

Sorry for newbie question: What are THR, EiR and PBtT ? I believe that these are the adventure modules: The Horned Rat, Enemy in Shadows (I think), and Power Behind the Throne. Yes, they're the acronyms for The Enemy Within campain modules, except EiR is Enemy in Ruins. For reference: Acronym Modul...

Re: NPCs with Luck Talent

In a scenario like THR, fate and fortune do make sense for some characters as they're playing with the fate of the world as much as the characters.

How are you finding THR and are you carrying on from PBtT?

Re: Any chance of a Soulbound subforum?

I'm not convinced that there was a plan to bring back The Old World when WFB was discontinued. I'm under the impression, from the coincidence, that the change in the management structure was what gave some people at Games Workshop the opportunity to recreate The Old World. This is probably true. Co...

Yeah, I've bought some AOS stuff and I'm amazed at how much larger it is than my old WFB circa 1992 minis.

If you've not got it yet, I can confirm it's Brass Keep, which is not something I know too much about.

Re: Enemy Within Updates (plus other stuff)

That sounds like Skavenblight to me. This is make or break for me. It does remind me of the Skavenblight creation story. I doubt Skavenblight will make a showing, so it is perhaps just some Skaven flavour. That said, the Companion will likely have a lot of Skaven content and could well be something...

Re: Enemy Within Updates (plus other stuff)

The latest dev diaries are out after a few months absence and we appear to have two at once. These cover The Horned Rat. Graeme Davis confirms the story of The Horned Rat being the original plan for part 5 of TEW with plot surrounding Morrsleib either mining for warpstone or crashing the moon. It do...

Re: New Campaign! 'Anarchy in Averland'

Not a bad name. I wonder if C7 will repackage TEW3E as a 4e campaign. Itd be relatively easy and could be accompanied with an Averheim sourcebook. I know you've done some fantastic work in updating 3rd edition adventures to 4th, which is of great value to the hobby. I reckon you should contact Dave...

Eee by'eck it's grand, lad!

At the cost of a pint, I think it's totally fair. Whether it's any good or not is a different issue.

Re: Enemy Within Updates (plus other stuff)

Just received the DoTR CE books in the post. Very nice and meets the same standards as the first book. I am, however, a little disappointed in a lack of a large map. Castle Wittgenstein has both an annotated version in the middle of the book for the GM and unannotated version on the cover inlay but ...

Re: Wizard skills/feats

Channeling is a skill, so you can still put points into it following progression. I think this is as Shambler says, taking Aetheric Attunement is a bit like a necessary skill to progress. I do agree that the Wizard Career is a bit top heavy, but if we think of an apprentice as being like a student, ...

Re: WFRP Starter Set characters - XP query

They issued a set of character sheets on PDF that can be downloaded from DriveThruRPG, which state they have 2200 experience. I don't think the physical copies (certainly the ones in the version of the starter set I have) contain that information. I also know that these incosistencies have been brou...
