Re: Death on the Reik Update
If it's a (single) scenario from The Restless Dead then i guess it would be 'Grapes Of Wrath', which was designed to fit in between Death on the Reik and Power Behind the Throne, though all the adventures in The Restless Dead have notes on how to include them in The Enemy Within, and a number of tho...

Re: Alternate Castle Wittgenstein maps
The Castle Wittgenstein model was discussed on this blog, but the project does not appear to have gone anywhere: http://thedarksideofwillmark.blogspot.com/2018/01/death-on-reik-scale-mode-of-castle-von.html That's the one. Appreciated Gideon. (There was also some more discussion about it and measur...

Re: Alternate Castle Wittgenstein maps
This problem has been noted before a number of times and i'm glad someone is tackling it. (Maybe Gideon can add it to his TEWC Companion.) In particular you might recall that a year or two ago (i think) someone was asking for advice on building a Wittgenstein Castle miniature. As i recall the most e...

Re: Imperial Calendar
'Abend' means evening according to the translator. If that's the case then i think that Geheimnisabend could be an interesting alternative name for Geheimnisnacht, and it could be 'Geheimnisnacht' and 'VorGeheimnisabend'.

Re: Imperial Calendar
I like the idea of Vorhexensnacht and Vorgeheimnisnacht. Are your players German speakers? If not, and perhaps in any case, it might be a good idea to spell them VorHexensnacht and VorGeheimnisnacht (with the capital 'H' and 'G') in order to emphasis the reference to Hexensnacht and Geheimnisnacht. ...

What's an equinox hour?
Is there an error with the first and seventh month's numerical dating or does time go backwards for a while after Morrslieb and Mannslieb are both full?

Re: Removing advantage from the game?
I write this suggestion without having much experience of the fourth edition, other than reading it, but would it be possible to change Advantage based prerequisites and triggers into Success Level based prerequisites and triggers?

Re: Cubicle 7 dropping the Lord of the Rings
That press release announces a 'new edition', but whether this will be the, as i understand it, still quite new, second edition, or a third edition it doesn't say. Free League staffers have made clear (in various forums) the edition they intend to publish will be Francesco's 2nd edition (the work h...

Re: Roadwardens and pistols
Some reasons why crossbows were still in use when firearms were still around were given by Jason Kingsley on his Modern History TV channel here: https://youtu.be/MTr3tHWGv-U?t=245 . In short, it's because crossbows are easier and cheaper to maintain; because (expensive) gunpowder doesn't do so well ...

28 Volume 2. Out now.
Volume 2 of 28 is available to download here: https://28magcom.files.wordpress.com/20 ... vol-02.pdf . I suspect many of you would find it useful, as inspiration if nothing else. Other than that i think it speaks for itself.

Re: The Twin Tailed.
Indeed. It's an interesting idea with legs whether we deem it official or not. I'm thinking of putting together some post TEW adventures with this as a theme. Perhaps not as a continuation but taking the events on. I'm certainly going to play with this theme in my own setting. I'll probably have to...

It is in cases like this Google is your friend ;) https://lmgtfy.com/?q=wfrp+errata+cubicle+7 (first result is directly to the 28 Feb errata PDF) Yes and no. Google (et al) find an errata, but this doesn't answer the question of whether or not it's the latest errata. It's possible that a later erra...

So, where does one find the latest WFRP4 errata? I have the 1.0 one but I know there should be newer versions available... I just, for the life of me, can't find them! Any help would be much apreciated :-) The only errata i can find is here: https://diw2l4zrbsp3w.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2...

Re: The Twin Tailed.
I have always taken for granted that a spellcaster in the picture on page 134 of the first-edition rulebook wears some sort of a brooch shaped into a twin-tailed comet. Actually, I have suspected the illustration shows a cleric of Sigmar. I'd always seen that as the 'ribbon' (or somesuch) around th...
