Re: Beasts in Velvet conversion
Altdorf: Crown of the Empire (WFRP4) has new stats for Rosanna Ophuls, including her "special" skill Psychometry. And also Harald Kleindeinst (with the Magnin throwing knife rules).

The Empire: From Civil Strife to the Storm
Hi, Decided to create little document, inspired little by the upcoming TEW volume 5 (and I'm also making new version of my timelines...). Document features situation on circa 2512 IC on the Empire and forward. Well, the Civil Strife and what will come after... Following link will take to my sites ar...

Re: Cathay sourcebook?
Like Dreadaxe already mentioned, the official sources about Cathay is finally coming: Total War: Warhammer 3 This may give more ideas, and change many ideas, about the Cathay fan-sources. With Total War: Warhammer 3 I think I read somewhere, that Forge World might be designing Cathay miniatures ? No...

Re: Maps - which are you using?
There are few good map sources. This site, Winds of Chaos, has pretty good maps about the Empire. http://www.gitzmansgallery.com has pretty good collection of maps. AND his own huge map. Both sources probably use some amount, what Madalfred has created back in the day. You asked about Andy Laws maps...

This is great work! The amount of information, and detail, is just amazing. And the document itself looks pretty nice...
It's great to have it finally here. And thank you for doing this.

So, warrior-wizard… Well, Malekith comes to mind. Tomb Kings, like Settra probably. Vampire Counts, like Vlad.

Re: Comparison with Zweihander
Back to original question. I like ZWEIHÄNDER system/engine/game mechanics. We have played some amount and it works. It's not perfect, but I have never really found fully perfect RPG system. I would have prefered some additional things or some things to be little different, but that is me. It still w...

Re: Enemy In Shadows Companion Available
About old timelines - The original Boxtree timeline has long been pretty outdated and contradicted by many later sources. But that is pretty common in Warhammer. Actually I think it already changed when we got to WFRP1 Warhammer Companion . When you change the years few years forward, the timeline a...

Re: Ties between Starter Set and Enemy Within
I read a bit about the starter set. It seems that it to some extent provides the background for TEW. My first idea has been that a friend of mine could GM the Ubersreik adventures. Those of you, who know the content of the ubersreik adventures, can you judge if we could run into spoiler issues for ...

Re: Norsca: The Grim North of Perilous Adventure, version 2.0 (WFRP1, WFRP2, WFRP3)
However, though I still use the WFRP1 rules (in a modified state for my own house rules) I do actually have all the versions of the game, so I did notice the link on the WFRP3 rules "WFRP3 Cards: Northmen Careers (.zip)" content appears to be broken? It's coming back as "Sorry, the f...

Norsca: The Grim North of Perilous Adventure, version 2.0 (WFRP1, WFRP2, WFRP3)
Hi, Updated version of my Norsca sourcebook and game system/engine (WFRP1, WFRP2, WFRP3) based rules are finally here: Kalevala Hammer: Norsca news But, no WFRP4 rules yet. I have started to create some rules and probably continue, but have waited more rules about Chaos (careers, mutations, magic......

Re: Enemy In Shadows Companion Available
Elector situation in 2512 and other fluff there is pretty interesting considering situation in circa 252X. I guess it depends what is going to be canon in fourth edition. When The Enemy Within was first released i don't think there were any future events that needed considering. True. But now there...

Re: Enemy In Shadows Companion Available
Elector situation in 2512 and other fluff there is pretty interesting considering situation in circa 252X. Very exited to see how story goes, when they get to the final parts of the TEW. I still think the civil-war is happening... And why is Prince Luitpold banished away? Wolfgang is named heir… Com...

Re: Warhammer Old World, a.k.a. WFB returns.
Interesting news. I have wondered - How successful has Age of Sigmar actually been ? Has it been able to bring new generation of young players to Warhammer ? How much did they lose old WFB fans ? Has it been commercial success ? GW certainly has put great effort to AoS, but still… It was little stra...
