There was an official campaign, set just after The Enemy Within (in 2515 IC), announced in three parts (among whom, only the first one was published by Descartes Éditeur, the historical French publisher of WFRP1 who held rights from Games Workshop not only to translate Games Workshop, then Flame, then Hogshead books but also to publish its own Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay books). This campaign was called
Les Architectes de la destinée ["Architects of Fate"].
-The first part, titled
Pour la gloire d'Ulric ("For Ulric's Glory", edited by Hervé Schneider and published in 1995), started in Middenheim, for a Spring carnaval. It detailed an Empire under the wealthy rule of Heinrich X, which started a diplomatic mission toward some Norscan tribes united under the rule of Gustav, a norscan king faithful to Olric. This book had a review in
Warpstone #3.
The PJ were part of the diplomatic mission which take road to Marienbourg, where some adventures happened, and then did go to Norska where the first part ended. A good part of this volume presented the Empire in 2515. Another part describe Marienburg (which is of very few value now that it was described into the WFRP1's Marienburg supplement).
As I've said, it was set after The Enemy Within but was intended for new adventurers. I would have preferred to have it set for the Hammer Heroes as it could anyway make perfect sense, for them, to be send in an imperial embassy in a Norscan realm. Anyway, it was mainly a prologue and without the following episodes, it is itself of few value.
-The second part was intended to happen in Norska, where the confrontation with Chaos might had lead to a significant return of allegiance from the adventurers (I presume: adventurers will sort of convert to Chaos [perhaps to chaos renegade, or to order?]). There is a draft of it, which is mainly a norscan sourcebook with very few value now that it was described into the
Tome of Corruption, WFRP2.
Would I had contributed to wrote this part, that I would had made it a "Sea Life in the Sea Claws" adventure, astride between Norsca and Albion. Inspired a bit by events of the Dark Shadow campaign in Albion, and a bit by the Strom of Chaos in Norsca... With the idea to help Norscan chiefs to rally Gustav against Archaon, through a mainly "political" plot.
On Bretonnia:
The third and last part was intended to happen in Bretonnia, where the impotent king Charles is manipulated by his prime minister, the grey eminence of all plots up to now, who happen to be an horned rat cultist.
Would I had contributed to wrote this part, that I would had suggested to inspire a bit from the Picochrolian War (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Picrochole), from French Wars of Religions (and the novel
Fortunes de France), from the affair of the poisons, the man of the iron mask, and from the life of Gilles de Montmorency-Laval, baron of Rais, in order to set up the fall of king Charles and its decadent court and the rise of king Louen and his corrupt but fierce companions. Also presenting the cult of the Lady of the Lake as a manipulation from Asrai. The kidnapping of children made by Asrai with the complicity of Louen Leoncoeur, a great knight and a glorious war hero, make him, by the way, the closest character to Gilles de Rais

Bretonnia is, anyway, best set in a very early 16th century France inspired setting, like the Empire, than from a 13rd century setting (like it is since WFB5) or from a 18th century setting (like it seem to been in WFRP rulebook).
